Specialist Legal Support for Family Law and Family Violence Matters
The Family Law/Family Violence Service (FLFV) is a program of Community Justice Service SA operates in the southern areas of Adelaide including Kangaroo Island, Fleurieu Peninsula, Murray Bridge and the Limestone Coast and Riverland area. The service provides legal advice and representation services to those who are vulnerable and suffering disadvantage in those areas of law relating to family breakdown and family violence.
Family Law and Family Violence Matters We Assist With:
- Children’s Issues
- Separation
- Property Settlements, both marital and de facto
- Child Support
- Contravention and Enforcement of Orders
- De facto Relationships and Domestic Partners Matters,
including same sex couples - Domestic Violence matters
- Location and Recovery Orders
