We provide free legal advice in the areas of civil, criminal and family law to most members of the community and free ongoing and court representation in both the State and Federal Courts, all subject to eligibility.

Community Justice SA is here to make legal support easier to access, no matter where you live. We work across Adelaide’s southern suburbs, the Murray Mallee, Fleurieu Peninsula, Kangaroo Island, Limestone Coast, and Riverland.
As the largest community legal service in South Australia, we’re a not-for-profit organisation funded by both the Commonwealth and State Attorney-General’s Departments. Our focus is on helping people, families, and communities with practical, professional legal help that makes a real difference. You can book a face-to-face consultation with one of our qualified lawyers at many convenient locations. Alternatively, phone and video appointments are available, if you’re unable to attend in person.
We aim to be actively involved in the local community and providing greater access to justice and legal assistance.
