Generalist Legal Services
Legal Advice and Representation
Our service provides legal advice and representation services on a range of civil, criminal and family law matters.
The Generalist service is a program of Community Justice Service SA and operates in the inner southern areas of Adelaide including Kangaroo Island, Fleurieu Peninsula, Murray Bridge and the Limestone Coast and Riverland area.

A first interview for legal advice can last up to an hour, with ongoing assistance dependent on our internal client eligibility assessment.
Legal consultations are offered in face-to-face appointments by qualified legal practitioners at one of our many offices throughout SA. We can also provide consultations by telephone or video link, particularly where clients suffer from a physical disability, are victims of domestic violence and cannot leave the home, are unable to travel to our offices because of transport problems or live at a distance from our offices.
We’re here to support you.
All our legal services are free and confidential.
